IFF Completes Acquisition of Ottens Flavors
NEW YORK – May 1, 2015 – International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (NYSE:IFF), a leading global creator of

of Henry H. Ottens Manufacturing Co., Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
